出貨說明：

                        下單後（不含訂購當天），現貨約2-3個工作天寄出，預購追加商品7-21工作天，不含例假日。

                        配送時間為週一至週五 09:00 - 18:00，例假日無配送

                        若節慶假日遇訂單較多或不可抗力天災因素，則可能延遲出貨

                        如選 [宅配]：實際配送狀況將依照宅配司機安排之路線而定

                        如選 [超商]：請留意到貨簡訊並於到貨之後3天內取貨請勿無故未取；如造成運費損失將由顧客自行吸收

配送方式 & 收費方式：

中國／香港／澳門 / 東南亞地區   ➡️ 順豐SF Express（運費到付）

其它國家  ➡️ 中華郵政POST國際航空包裹（運費預收／多退少補）

 

注意事項：

海外訂單恕不適用滿額免運或任何其它免運之優惠活動。

中國／香港／澳門 / 東南亞地區  運費收取方式到付(一律順豐運費到付)，其餘海外訂單運費收取方式為「多退少補」，下單時預收運費設定金額如下：

- 美國／加拿大／澳洲／紐西蘭 / 日本：新台幣1000元

 

若實際運費超過預收金額時，將有客服人員與您E-mail連繫，待運費補足後，包裹即會寄出

 

若運費為超收，則運費溢收部分將會轉至您帳上購物金。重量未滿一公斤者以一公斤計算。

 

產品費用不包含運費、關稅和運送國可能收取的稅金其它產生的款項。所有稅金及關稅等費用皆由買家自行負擔，有關收取包裹前可能產生的費用，建議在下單前查閱當地的海關網站。

 

運費計算方式：

以包裹重量及材積尺寸為計算標準；重量及材積取較高者收費。

 

材積計算方式：

★採材積重量與實際重量相比，取較重者為計費基礎，費率照現行標準。

★體積(材積)重量(公斤) ＝ 長(公分) × 寬(公分) × 高(公分) ÷ 6000(立方公分)

 

運送公司不定期調整運費之計算方式，運費隨之異動，正確費用請依配送方式至「順豐速運」以及「中華郵政」查詢。

China / Hong Kong / Macau / Southeast Asia ➡️ SF Express (freight to collect)

 

Other countries ➡️ International air parcel by Chunghwa Post POST. $1,000Freight fee payment in advance for the U.S.A/ Canada/ Australian/ New Zealand/ Japan.

 

Refund and additional payment would be applied based on the actual freight expense. Our Customer Service will contact you for the freight refund or additional payment via email.The product would be delivered once the full freight fee be paid.

 

If the prepaid freight fee is over the actual cost, the excessive amount would be transferred to voucher under your member account.

 

Any free shipment will not apply to oversea orders.

 

If the weight is less than one kilogram, it will be deeded as one kilogram.

 

The cost of the product does not include freight fee, customs duties, and any taxes that may be imposed by the country of delivery. All taxes and duties are afforded by the purchaser. Regarding the costs that may occur before receiving the package, it is recommended to check the local customs website before placing an order.
